Refund policy
At Samata Veda, each product is thoughtfully prepared with care, hygiene, and intention. Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on the following items:
- Ubtans
- Hair packs
- Herbal oils
- Soap bars
- Ritual bundles
- Any other skincare, scalp care, or body care powders and blends
This policy helps us ensure the purity, safety, and quality of every product delivered to our customers.
Eligible Future Accessories
If we introduce non-personal care accessories in the future, such as:
- hair brushes
- eye wash cups
- bottles
- tools or wellness accessories
these items may be eligible for return or refund if unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@samataveda.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
