1. Are your products safe for all ages?

Our Green Forest Ubtan and Nourishing Hair Wash Pack are thoughtfully designed to be gentle enough for the whole family, including children. For babies and very sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a small patch test first.

2. How often should I use Mud Bath Ubtan?

We recommend using Mud Bath Ubtan 1–2 times weekly for adults as a deep-cleansing face and body ritual. For children, once every 10–14 days is usually enough.

3. Why doesn’t the Hair Wash Pack foam?

Our hair wash is rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and cleanses through herbs like reetha and shikakai, which naturally lift away oil, sweat, and buildup without synthetic foam or harsh detergents.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 CAD across Canada.

7. How long do your powder products last?

When stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture, most ubtans and hair packs stay fresh for 6–12 months. Always use a clean, dry spoon to preserve quality. 

8. Can your products be used on the full body?

Yes. Both our ubtans are designed for face and full body use, and our hair rituals can be used on the entire scalp and hair length.

9. Do your products contain fragrance or harsh chemicals?

No. Samata Veda products are made with pure herbs, flowers, roots, and clays with no synthetic fragrance, artificial color, sulfates, or unnecessary fillers.
